Splicing screen control software client

As client software，DICS client realize the operation control of signal window of splicing processor through DICS server，
include window creation, closing, moving and zooming, and can call the splicing wall scene setted and saved on the DICS server with one click.
Meanwhile, the signal can be previewed in advance before going up the wall, and the results of signal delivery can be displayed synchronously on iPad,
then realize the visual control of splicing wall. DICS client can also turn on and off the signal audio output, and power on or off Splicing screen.
